I know a few people who are trying to live the “no sugar” lifestyle (including myself). It can certainly be challenging at times in a society where sugar is found in almost everything! Here are a few recipes from my kitchen, as well as my mother-in-love, Krista’s kitchen, to help you along your way. If you have a good recipe please share!

Krista’s Recipes

1. Quinoa Dish: Cook Quinoa. Add chopped cilantro, green onion, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and sea salt and pepper. Can be eaten cold or warmed.
